Administrative Assistant, Hopewell Township – Stewartstown, PA
Job requirements:
The Employee performs a variety of responsible, complex, and confidential duties while serving as receptionist for the administration area. Work is performed under limited supervision with moderate latitude. Position relies on experience and exercises independent judgment to determine the best approach by using and interpreting policies and procedures. Demonstrate strong/professional written and verbal communication, use of office equipment and software including but not limited to Microsoft Office. Knowledge of accounting and auditing is preferred. Quick Books experience is a plus.
