Nucor Steel Utah, located near Plymouth, Utah, is seeking an individual to provide general administrative support in the HR department on a temporary basis during rollout of new software systems. Duties will include, but are not limited to assisting with general payroll administration, report processing, administrative and data entry duties in Applicant Tracking Software (ATS); filing; assisting in the administration of various company sponsored programs and or projects such as scholarships, education reimbursement, and other various duties.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work both independently and collaboratively (team environment) to accomplish assignments with minimal supervision, and must possess excellent computer skills using Microsoft Office applications, and other computer software/applications. Position requires high level of integrity, ethical character and honesty in all actions. Due to the sensitivity and confidentiality required of the position candidates will not be considered if they have immediate family currently working at NSUT.
The ideal candidate’s qualifications will include:
- · Prior HR /Payroll related experience
- · Prior experience/knowledge of SAP and ATS software
- · SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or PHR/SPHR certification
