Job Summary

This position provides division-wide leadership for project management. It is responsible for overseeing special projects to include leading teams, analyzing tasks, coordinating resources, establishing project plans with schedules and milestones, and incorporating the assessment of project outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s degree. Extensive experience consulting and working with teams to accomplish projects. Extensive experience writing and reviewing published work. Extensive experience in analyzing practices and developing and writing proposals. Knowledge of business and management principles involved strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and the coordination of people and resources. Demonstrated ability in developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, and organize and accomplish desired outcomes. Demonstrated ability to analyze information and evaluate results. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Excellent management and leadership skills. Excellent written communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctoral degree. Knowledge of best practices in higher education. Knowledge in college student services, college student development theory, and administrative leadership.
