The City of Smithfield, Utah is seeking candidates for the position of City Manager. Located in northern Utah in Cache County; Smithfield City is a growing community with a population of approximately 11,500 residents and an annual budget of approximately twelve million dollars. The city houses its own public works, fire, police, municipal golf course, recreation center, and library departments. The successful candidate will have demonstrated leadership and communication skills, along with a strong understanding of all aspects of local government operations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study is required. A Master's degree and/or suitable years of experience in local government management, public administration or business administration is preferred. Smithfield City is an equal opportunity employer.
