The company is seeking a full-time, experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join our team.
Primary Duties of the position:
- Responsible for contracts from the effective date to closing
- Extensive experience in title examination is mandatory
- Review title objection letters and clearing matters of title where appropriate
- Draft easements, conveyance and mortgage documents
- Participate in the platting process for developments
- Create documents and agreements using Microsoft Word
- Track timelines
