Part-Time Care Coordinator
(20 hours per week)

One-half of this position supports the coordination of public health services. This includes community partnership development, outreach, educational programming, supporting nursing staff around community screenings, and scheduling / participating in community events and fairs. The other half of this position is involved in injury prevention and coordination of a CDOT grant that funds work related to child passenger safety. Work in this role involves providing car seat education and installation; developing a media campaign; and educating on child passenger safety at events, at childcare centers, and with members of law enforcement. The position has administrative duties such as documentation, reminder/recall for immunizations, creating agendas, writing minutes, and serving as a backup to support clients at the front desk.
This part-time position supports foundational public health services, child passenger safety grant coordination, scheduling health screenings and community events. Necessary skills include MS Office proficiency. At least one year experience in community involvement and/or working with clients. Valid CO driver's license and ability to lift 30 lbs required.
