Adult Case Manager
Sumner Mental Health Center, a team-oriented community mental health center located in Wellington, Kansas, has an opening for an Adult Case Manager.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a human service field, along with computer, writing and communication skills. Preferred candidates will have knowledge of community resources, housing alternatives and vocational services, along with experience working in the community with individuals who have serious and persistent mental illness. All candidates must have a valid Kansas Driver’s license and motor vehicle insurance coverage. Background checks required.
